Ingredients:
- 1 pound scallops
- 1/2 cup white wine

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 scallop shells or ramekins
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the shallots, garlic, and scallops for 2-3 minutes, until the scallops are cooked through.

Add the white wine to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the wine has reduced by half.

Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Divide the scallop mixture evenly among the scallop shells or ramekins.

Place the shells or ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
